The DIRINGLO is a listed building with many original elements that give the building a wonderfully individual character. However, these special structural features mean that the suites are not fully suitable for children and people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We want all of you to feel comfortable and relaxed with us, and we don\u2019t want the supervision of the little ones to make your vacation a strain. Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the following:
None of the suites are barrier-free, as the additions over the centuries have resulted in different levels within the building that could not be compensated for. In some cases there are steep stairs that can be used by children and people with disabilities only with assistance. We have summarized this for each apartment separately to make your booking easier:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suite KATHI:
Suite KATHI is located on the first floor and has steps leading to the bathroom, bedroom and terrace. The suite is not barrier-free, but of all the suites it is the most suitable for families with a child (in an extra bed or baby crib).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suite SEFFA:
Suite SEFFA is the former residential wing of the farm, the suite is spread over 3 floors. Please note that the individual floors are connected only by very steep stairs, which have been restored in accordance with the regulations for the protection of historical monuments. Small children cannot use the stairs without supervision, they are also not suitable for people with physical limitations.
The height of the rooms is very low in some parts, including the passages. To protect the head, please pay attention. In the wooden block on the second floor, tall people may not be able to stand upright in two rooms.
In the \u201cmeditation store\u201d on the second floor, there are open beams, some of which must be climbed over. Special attention is required here. Young children should be especially supervised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suite LUGGI:
Suite LUGGI is located in the former hayloft of the farm. It is accessible by an outside staircase when rented individually.
Steps lead from the living area to the bathroom and into the sleeping area.
The beds in the open gallery are only accessible via wooden beams about 60 cm high. The gallery is open above the railing and allows an unobstructed view over the living-dining area. It is also only accessible by stairs. Children cannot use the stairs and the open gallery without supervision, these are also not suitable for people with physical disabilities.
Since the beds in the gallery are located in the sloping roof, special care must be taken so that no one bumps their head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer extra beds for children in KATHI AND SEFFA and also have a baby crib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, there is no playground on the premises.
A beautiful, large playground can be found at the solar outdoor pool of the municipality of Ohlstadt (distance approximately 1 km).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
